Welcome to the Women's Association of Otolaryngologists! We are here to promote and support the contribution of women in the field of otolaryngology. Our founders, Dr. Kalpana Nagpal and Dr. Sharmela Sondhi, had a vision of creating a supportive community where women in this field could thrive. That vision has become a reality, and we are proud to continue their legacy. With our dedicated team of leaders, we are committed to advancing the field of otolaryngology and encouraging more women to consider a career in this field. We've been working tirelessly to promote the importance of Otolaryngology and to empower women in this field. Our aim is to foster a sense of community among otolaryngologists from all over the country, enabling them to share their experiences, learn from one another, and grow together. Our association is made up of a group of dedicated and highly skilled surgeons who are committed to providing excellent care to our patients. We are proud to have Dr Chanchal Pal as our able secretary, who works tirelessly behind the scenes, Dr Abha Bhatnagar who manages the financial health of our organisation as treasurer and  Dr. Ashima Saxena as our youngest joint secretary, who contributes with her fresh ideas and undying enthusiasm. Our members are experts in a broad range of surgical procedures, and we are passionate about advancing the field of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery to provide the very best care to our patients.
